We designed the Ares Training Series for staff using the Ares software to manage and process their Course Reserves. They provide basic processing instructions and explain the various features of the Ares Client, Customization Manager, and Staff Manager. Learners who complete the series will have familiarity with the multiple parts of Ares. They will know how to process course reserves as a staff member as well as how to help their patrons utilize the web pages.
