Learn how a system wide decision to adopt ALMA prompted discussions that ultimately led to a decision to use ILLiad WebCirc (instead of creating temporary records in ALMA) to circulate the Interlibrary Loan materials across  approximately 40 libraries on campus.  The presentation starts early in the decision-making process, walks through how we reached consensus between circulation and ILL staff for implementation, details the implementation process (including problems encountered and lessons learned), and concludes with post-implementation benefits and future enhancements.

Attendees will learn about project management, managing change, and collaboration between interlibrary loan and circulation.
