This presentation will provide tips on writing single and multiple year operational reports, including choices for content, sources of information including the use of OCLC Usage Statistics and ILLiad WebReports, and analysis of data to show trends that reveal both successes and future needs of the ILL office.

Goals of this presentation include offering experience based insights on composing a five year operational report. The presenter will share suggestions on content to include and how to organize it, resources to use in locating information and tips on data analysis.
