Custom Report Design with Microsoft Office


In this tutorial you’ll learn to extract data from the ILLiad database using Microsoft Office tools. We will cover setup of the Microsoft Access link, how to run and design queries as well as format reports in Microsoft Access, generate charts/graphs and export query data in Microsoft Excel. 

You’ll also learn to create a Microsoft Word mail merge document to use with a custom ILLiad data extraction query (example: Send an email announcement to your ILLiad borrowers about a new service)
