Smaller ILL departments often face different challenges than our larger counterparts.  From smaller budgets to shared staff, we need to be able to make the most of out what we commonly perceive as limitations and make the largest impact possible for our patrons and other borrowers.

  • Get the word out: Smaller operations get lost in the shuffle.  How do you let your patrons know that you exist and what you are capable of doing for them?
