In this presentation I will determine how to gather and analyze statistics from ILLiad and OCLC on Turnaround Times and Fill Rates to answer this question.   I will emphasize how to make reports understandable to a Dean or Director, especially emphasizing the factors that go into the fluctuations of their ups and downs.  Finally, I will emphasize how to compare Turnaround Times and Fill Rates with those of peer institutions.  Is it fair to compare?  How do we present all of this information to a Dean or Director so that they do not make negative conclusions.  How do we present information to meet our goals as a department?
