This presentation will demonstrate and explain the lending workflow enhancements currently in place at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.

What originated in 2011 as a need to automate the printing of courier slips for multiple courier systems has resulted in a complete lending workflow revamp. In short, we are using over 50% less paper, reduced staff time per transaction and are providing increases in accuracy and service to our borrowers.
