Occidental College Library is just completing a major collection reshaping. Fifty percent of our print collection has been de-acquisitioned during the past year. To ensure continued access to discarded materials, we have used IDS's Gift & Deselection Manager to find online coverage data and load it using the Coverage Load feature in Millennium. We hope that having electronic coverage for these weeded titles will soften the shock of a suddenly downsized collection. GIST, also from IDS, has allowed us to combine our Acquisitions and ILL
