Collaboration, collective action and mutual high performance standards play an important role in developing, implementing and sharing service innovations in an academic library. Learn how staff collaboration and cross training within the library’s Access Services unit composed of Circulation, Course Reserves, Interlibrary Loan, Media, and Stacks Management enables us to provide continued, efficient services to library patrons. Purchasing-on-demand collaboration between the Interlibrary Loan unit and the Acquisitions Department will also be highlighted.
