In the Fall of 2012 the Sterling Memorial and Bass Libraries at Yale University merged their Resource Sharing and Reserves units into one cohesive operation. In this presentation we will discuss how we were able to successfully merge ILL and course reserves workflows, and demonstrate how we were able to develop cross-functionality between the ILLiad and Ares platforms, as well as identify possibilities for future innovation.
